Deleting Your Own Listing
If you claimed your listing and have an account, you can delete it yourself directly from your account settings - no need to contact support.
Steps
- Log in to your Bunity account
- Go to Account Settings (click your profile icon, then Settings)
- Click Delete Listing in the left sidebar
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field
- Click Permanently Delete My Listing
Your listing and account will be removed immediately. This cannot be undone.
Can’t Log In?
Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to reset your password via email, then follow the steps above.
Lost access to your email account? If you can no longer access the email address on your account, use our contact form to request removal. Include the name and URL of your listing so we can verify and process the request.
Unclaimed Listing Removal
If the listing has never been claimed and you want it removed, you can request removal directly from the listing page:
- Find the listing on Bunity
- Scroll to the bottom of the listing page
- Click “Request listing removal”
- Follow the verification steps
Reporting an Issue
If you’ve found a listing with incorrect information or believe it’s spam, use the “Report an issue” link at the bottom of any listing page.
