Our roots go back to the early 1920s, when our founder’s grandfather arrived in America from Naples, Italy, with little more than a family dough recipe and a dream. He started small, baking rustic, wood-fired pizzas behind a neighborhood grocery store — selling them by the slice to local workers and neighbors who quickly spread the word. Fast forward to today, and that same passion for authentic, handcrafted pizza lives on in the heart of Carrollton.
