Marshall Hopkins has been practicing criminal law as both a defence lawyer and prosecutor for over twenty years, dealing with all manner of serious criminal cases, including murder, attempt murder, manslaughter, robbery, sexual assault, drug conspiracy and massive frauds. Graduating from the University of Alberta law school in 1994 he articled and practiced for many years with renowned Edmonton criminal lawyer Alexander Pringle. He rounded out his practice with seven years at Alberta Justice before returning to criminal defence law. He has enjoyed a successful appellate practice at all levels of court in Canada.
