1) Grilled Rib-Eye Steak with Caramelized Onions: Okay, so maybe I'm biased because I love steak, but this is just about the easiest thing you can make for dinner. Start with a good steak (your butcher will be happy to help you pick one). You'll also need some butter, olive oil, and onions. Heat your grill (or pan) over medium-high heat until hot enough that a drop of water sizzles when flicked onto the surface. Pat your steak dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil. Add salt and pepper as desired. Cook for 3 minutes on each side (for medium-rare) or longer if you like them well done. Remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes before slicing against the grain into thin strips. Serve topped with caramelized onions (or any other topping of choice)

2) Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders Recipe: This is one of my favorite chicken tenders recipes because it's so easy to make and tastes amazing! The honey mustard sauce goes great with these tender pieces of chicken breast, which makes them super juicy inside while crispy on the outside. The best part about this recipe is that you can make extra and freeze them for later

3) Beef Pot Roast Recipe: This pot roast recipe is a classic dish that has been around for years. It's simple but full of flavor due to the long cooking time and ingredients like carrots, potatoes, onions, and peppers. If you've never made pot roast before then this recipe is great because it teaches you how to do it step by step so there won't be any mistakes along the way.

 4) Spicy Shrimp Tacos Recipe: These spicy shrimp tacos are one of my favorite meals because they're quick and easy to make but taste amazing!
