Our Homes are built to the same code as site built homes and our building materials often exceed what is required, such as 2x6 sidewalls being standard versus 2x4 side walls as standard on site built housing.We use 25-30% more lumber than typical site built housing.  That’s A LOT of lumber!Yates Homes are built in a controlled environment.  Your home is not subject to elements like site built housing (like exposure of your house to moisture).

Our Homes are constantly being inspected byBOCA and independent engineers during the entire building process.  Upon completion,we receive the BOCA seal certifying your home met or exceeded all requirements.Homes from us are cost efficient because all building materials are bought in bulk.  We are able to control building material costs and offer more affordable homes to our customers.

Yates Homes can be on your site within 30 days of order with most of your construction already completed.  This results in a much shorter construction period allowing you to occupy your home faster!
