The Wyoming Division of Banking manages all complaints about payday lenders. Borrowers must download the complaint form from their website and submit their issue in writing, only after communicating directly with the lender to try and resolve the problem. They must include copies of all documents and state what they think the Division of Banking should do to solve the issue.
