Vein Treatment Center
The Vein Treatment Center is a National Center of Excellence for Vein Disorders. Hratch Karamanoukian, MD FACS RVT RPVI RPhS and Raffy Karamanoukian, MD FACS are vein experts certified by way of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine (ABVLM). Dr. Hratch Karamanoukian also holds Board Certification in Surgery (ABS, American Board of Surgery) and Cardiovascular Surgery (ABTS, American Board of Thoracic Surgery). Dr. Raffy Karamanoukian has introduced Board Certification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Hratch Karamanoukian and Dr. Raffy Karamanoukian are Fellows of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Dr. Karamanoukian is the most effective vein expert in Buffalo Niagara with triple certification in vascular ultrasound: RVT, RPVI and RPhS.
