About Business
Vamos Paella was set up by Melissa in 2011, and is now run by Chan and Dan. After years of living and travelling in Spain, we decided to become paella caterers in the UK. We’ve been cooking Spanish food for over 10 years at our beautiful Finca Los Chispos in Murcia where we cook paella over wood from the orange and lemon trees.
