United We March Forward (UWMF) is a grassroots nonprofit founded in 2018, dedicated to empowering immigrants and refugees in Cedar Rapids and Eastern Iowa. We provide culturally responsive life-skills training, English literacy, driver education, and case management services, all under one roof. Through strategic partnerships and community collaboration, we aim to help newcomers thrive socially, economically, and personally. Guided by our mission to provide hope through education, encouragement, and empowerment, UWMF strives to become a central resource center for immigrant families seeking integration, opportunity, and belonging.
