TopProz, founded in 2019 by Hatim Naim, was created to establish a high-quality marketplace for a diverse range of services. In 2018, while managing Red Hat Plumbing, a newly established company, Mr. Naim gained firsthand insight into the challenges of running a service business. He observed inefficiencies in the industry, including inconsistent diagnoses from professionals that often led homeowners to pay for unnecessary services. Recognizing a significant gap in tools that could benefit both customers and service providers, he developed TopProz.
