My agency is one of service to customers. Having been in the insurance industry for over 35 years, the most important aspect of insurance is helping ensure that customers' needs are met and being there when service is required—whether it’s for claims, policy changes, or general questions about coverage.

From the time I was a young teenager delivering newspapers (yes, kids used to do that!) to working in a family machine shop after graduation, I learned the value of doing a job the right way and being quick to correct any mistake.

Like many of you, I have a family and understand the importance of financial concerns—whether that means saving money or ensuring your family has enough life insurance to maintain a good quality of life.
