The L. Suzio York Hill Companies

For over a century,The Suzio York Hill Companies have supplied ready mix concrete products, asphalt, and other material products to Connecticut's construction industry. While they directly service south central Connecticut (Hartford to New Haven), their reputation for providing excellent quarried materials that are tailored to the specifications of each project is known throughout the state. The company was started by Leonardo Suzio, an Italian immigrant who expanded his humble construction business into road building, as well as major residential and commercial building projects. After specializing in road construction during the 1930's, The Suzio York Hill Companies transitioned to a building materials supply business after World War II, and they're still going strong over 110 years later.
