About The Hybrid Learning Company

The Hybrid Learning Company, originally founded as Oxford Fusion Academy in 2018 by Jeanne Hotchkiss, has grown into a trusted provider of hybrid homeschooling support. Jeanne’s vision for an engaging, flexible, and supportive learning experience has shaped the program into what it is today. With two thriving locations, The Hybrid Learning Company offers a unique educational model where homeschool students can receive classroom-based support for core subjects two days a week in a hybrid format.

Our first location, Oxford Hybrid Primary, based at Lakepoint Church, serves students in grades DK through 5th. Our newest location, Legacy Hybrid in Rochester at Oakland Church, also offers educational services for students in grades DK-5th, and in the Fall of 2023, we will expand to offer classes for grades 6th through 8th. This growth was accompanied by the addition of Misty Martin, who joined as Co-Director to work alongside Jeanne. Together, they are committed to providing comprehensive homeschool support for families, ensuring students not only meet academic goals but also enjoy social interaction, hands-on experiments, and a fulfilling learning experience with peers.

Our Services

At The Hybrid Learning Company, we offer a variety of services designed to empower homeschool families and help students thrive. Our program focuses on core subjects including Math, English, Science, and Social Studies. Through our hybrid model, students receive classroom-based instruction two days a week, where they are engaged in hands-on activities, experiments, and collaborative learning with their peers. On the remaining days of the week, students continue their studies at home with the support of our teaching materials and resources.

In addition to academic support, our services include personalized learning plans to ensure each child is progressing at their own pace. Our experienced staff is available to guide parents in teaching core subjects and offer assistance as needed, creating a seamless learning experience at home. Our mission is to build a strong academic foundation while fostering a love of learning in every child.

By offering a blend of homeschool and classroom experiences, we ensure that children receive the best of both worlds – the flexibility of homeschooling with the structure and socialization of a traditional classroom setting.
