In the beginning, our only method of gum removal was hot water under pressure, which, while effective, had limitations. The need for a more refined approach led us to explore alternatives. At a trade expo, we discovered Bio Steam and Savi City Clean, companies advertising steam as a viable alternative to hot water pressure cleaning. We saw the potential and quickly invested in our first steam-only machine, which proved to be a game-changer for gum removal—particularly on school playgrounds and painted playing surfaces where pressure cleaning was causing damage.
