THE GOLD AND GREEN CROWD is already proving very popular and we are excited to be introducing this wonderful world of racehorse ownership, trainers, racing stables and fellow racing enthusiasts to a new audience. We already have well over 300 owners involved in the Crowd, and many of them are brand new to racing. Our customers retention levels are well above 95%, so we know we are doing a lot right, but we are constantly looking to improve. We embrace new technology to find better and more innovative ways to communicate and deliver a better experience for our owners, and we thrive on listening to the feedback of those that matter the most
