Hello, my name is Richard and I have just finished a massive renovation job on my new house. The house needed a lot of DIY work but the area which was most badly damaged was the flooring. The previous owner had let their dogs run over the wooden floors causing stains and scratching. When I first saw the flooring, I was convinced that I would need to replace it all. My friend who is a flooring contractor said he thought it could be repaired. He taught me how to sand down each piece of flooring to remove the damage. Now my floor looks as good as new.
