About Business
TEAMANTRA was born from a deep passion for holistic health and personal wellness shared by its co-founders, Lisa and Polly. Both women grapple with ADHD and consequent anxiety, which adds complexity to their already busy lives. Lisa also manages epilepsy, and while medication controls her seizures, she has experienced various side effects throughout her adult life, including depression, chronic fatigue, and low fertility - all while navigating the stresses of modern life.
