SURE Building & Pest was established by Richard Edwards, in 2016, after Richard attempted to procure a supportive, informed, and professional building inspection on a property he was considering purchasing as an interstate investor. As Richard had never seen the site before, he was relying heavily on a prompt and detailed inspection report to fully inform him of the condition of the property.

Unfortunately, there were large gaps in the quality and efficiency of the report and Richard did not want others to experience similar difficulties when purchasing a property. He then embarked on obtaining the skills, knowledge and qualifications required to operate as a building inspector in Western Australia and soon after established SURE Building & Pest.
