Stride Hubs provide a ‘one stop shop’ for people aged 18+ with mental health issues and their carers and family members. Stride Hub Southport take a holistic approach to an individual's mental, physical and social needs.

We work with individuals, families and carers, to provide tailored and holistic programs to enable them to lead functional and fulfilling lives. We offer these services at home and in the community, ranging from group settings, mutual support and self-help.

We provide clinical mental health services, and services to treat anxiety, support for employment and housing services (including Centrelink Advisors), domestic violence counselling and drug and alcohol services, co-located health and social service agencies delivering a range of community-based psychosocial support services.
