Occupying nearly 5000 square feet on the second floor of the former US Bank Building at Vollmer and Governors Highway, and is conveniently accessed by I-57, I-80 and I-294.

The practice participates in most vision insurance, Medicare, and bills medical insurance for those procedures that are eligible.
