Sierra Consulting is owned an operated by Jeffrey Thomson, an experienced executive professional from the United States.  Jeffrey is now living in Ecuador and operating several successful businesses including an offshore call center specializing in bi-lingual support for US based firms.  We are equipped to handle both in bound and outbound call center requirements.
