Schembri Engineers is Arizona’s oldest home and building inspection engineering firm specializing in structural and foundation evaluation as well as structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering design. Since 1985, we have performed more than 15,000 home and building inspections and 1,000's of building design projects throughout Phoenix and the state of Arizona. We have established a reputation for competence, professionalism, and thoroughness that is unmatched. We are also experienced in special inspections, owner representation, construction monitoring, construction forensics and defect investigation, as well as phase 1 environmental site assessment (ESA) & property condition assessment (PCA) per ASTM standards.
