Sawtooth Brewery, founded in 2011 by Kevin Jones and Paul Holle, embodies the spirit of Idaho in every sip. What started as a dream has now become a thriving beer business that captures the essence of the Sawtooth Mountains. Despite opening amidst a blizzard on 11/11/11, Sawtooth Brewery has flourished over the years. With the launch of Atmos Brewing Co. in December 2020, they expanded their product family to include non-alcoholic craft beer and Creekside Hard Seltzer, catering to a wider audience. Today, Sawtooth Brewery's reach extends beyond Idaho, Montana, and Utah, with nationwide distribution through Atmos Brewing.

In addition to their flagship locations—the Public House in Ketchum and the Tap Room in Hailey—Sawtooth Brewery hosts various events such as Riverfest, Hailey Live, Ketchum Oktoberfest, and the Sawtooth Valley Gathering. They even have their own Outpost food truck, providing delectable pairings to complement their exceptional brews. Using a 15bbl Brewhouse, Sawtooth Brewery takes pride in crafting handcrafted beers using the finest ingredients. Among their renowned offerings is the popular Idahome IPA.
