My parents and I own 4 properties on the San Luis urbanisation in Torrevieja, on the Spanish Costa Blanca.  They are available to let short or long term.   All four properties are within walking distance from each other and are maintained to a high standard and come fully equipped.  They all have Air conditioning, UK Cable TV (incl movie channels) and private terraces with views of the salt lakes of Torrevieja.  Our 2 bedroomed apartment comes with a communal pool too!

The San Luis urbanisation is mature and well-established so you can be assured that there are no on-going building works nearby to cause disturbance. The local area is made up of many nationalities and many of the neighbours are British.

My parents live in Spain on the same urbanisation as the properties that we let and because of this we are able to offer our guests that advantage of having on-hand assistance during their stay when they book with us.  We try our best to make everyones stay as pleasant as possible and have had many happy holidayers!
