Our comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility provides:
-pulmonary therapy
-aquatic physical therapy
-physical therapy
-home based therapy
-social services
We are medicare certified and accept most insurances.
All with a sauna, heated pool, and full service gym, we also provide a variety of aerobic classes. Our class include zumba, easy does it yoga, and tai chi chih. Closed toe exercise shoes are required for all active classes and use of weight room area. Towel and water are recommended.
When a member joins for a month or longer they receive a free hour of training. Our trainers will evaluate each person that requests this service and create a personal fitness program to help reach their goals. Personal training packages are also available.
