Founded in 1995, Royal Property Management Group (formerly Tarantino Property Management) manages affordable housing communities for non-profit organizations, ensuring HUD compliance and serving as a liaison between property owners and HUD. We handle Section 8 contract renewals, financial reporting, operating budgets, REAC inspections, and more. Our mission is to provide high-quality affordable housing while offering resident services like transportation, computer learning centers, ESL classes, and service coordinators. We have led major rehabilitation projects, converted properties into Tax Credit sites, and applied for federal service grants. Additionally, we manage commercial properties, always striving to enhance communities through responsible asset management and preservation of older properties.
