Julia Oliver, RD, LDN, RYT started her career as a dietitian and yoga teacher for Monte Nido & Affiliates, and she is now the owner of Rooted Recovery, LLC, a private practice based in Maryland. Rooted Recovery offers HAES® aligned, trauma-informed, nutrition therapy and yoga services to individuals recovering from eating disorders or disordered eating.
