Roofity

Roofity is a faith based full general contracting company specializing in residential roofing. Roofity, the name, comes from a combination of the two words Roofing and Charity. This is based on our business model of giving 10-25% of every job done to local faith based charities we have partnered with. Much of this information is already on our current site and can be copied from there. A couple of things that set our company apart from others are the fact that we are not storm chasers. We have created deep ties and relationships with our customer and the local insurance adjusters which gives us 100% more accountability than the average fly by night roofing company that has conveniently moved into the area because of a storm. We do full bid job or insurance proceeds re-roofs and roof repairs. We give free photographed roof inspections and provide our customers with an immediate condition report from our proprietary software we helped design. We are also certified installers with several major manufacturers giving our customers many options for roofing types and not force feeding them the types that would benefit our bottom line. Also being certified means we are again held responsible for the install methods used per the manufacturer. We have 4 full time manufacture certified, OSHA certified, and CPR certified job managers who are on our work sites at all times during the build. Our company is registered with all of the local municipalities from Wylie to Wichita falls, and we carry 2 million in liability insurance coverage, workers comp, and 1 million in auto coverage. We average about 100 to 200 houses per year and have an A+ BBB rating.We have a commercial division called Lifetime Commercial Roofing (www.roofgc.com).
