Your goal is to get your squad beyond the grade and onto the grand reward. In essence, you are the owner of a football team that you are responsible for managing. You may pick players and contract new players or coaches every season. You have control over the team's morale, fan support, and game cash. That may look difficult, but it is not. It simulates defense during games, but you play as the quarterback on offense and have some control over who you send the ball to.
