Joe Micatrotto Sr. and Raising Cane’s Founder, Todd Graves, met early in the history of Cane’s. Years later, Micatrotto Sr. was sitting with his family—wife Connie and sons Joe and Justin—when they decided to pick up and move to Las Vegas to start their journey as franchisees.
