Exercise & Mindfulness Classes:

We offer exercise and mindfulness classes which will be streamed live and recorded to offer participants the option to watch at a time that suits. These will be held in Burleigh Heads. These will be $5 and a casual payment option will be available. We also offer a monthly subscription where individuals can sign up and have access to the 3 weekly live sessions and recordings plus nutrition meal plans, guided meditations, breathwork, exercise recordings, yoga, stretches, and mobility. There is an option to join live Zoom classes where participants' exercise technique is critiqued and multiple classes run weekly. The price for these classes ranges from $12.50-$22.50 depending on participant numbers.

Workshops:

We provide customised training solutions to meet the unique needs of organisations. Choose from flexible options including 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes, and half-day experiential learning workshops.
