Prometheus Sailing

Prometheus Sailing is the positive yacht administration company behind the Prometheus Sailing UK fleet of charter sailing yachts. Led by MD Simon Boulding together with his extremely skilled group, who in between them have over 90 years experience at running highly expert:

- yacht charters
- flotilla sailing
- corporate racing events
- RYA sea school training

Having headed up Sunsail's Port Solent based procedures for 7 years, Prometheus Sailing was established in 2021 as the time was right for the group to take control of ownership and administration of the fleet.

Our name Prometheus Sailing was motivated by the Greek god Prometheus. His duty in Greek mythology was to bring expertise and civilisation to mankind.

We operate the biggest sailing school in the UK, educating many individuals to sail every year. Additionally we present and educate lots of people to take pleasure in sailing via our corporate sailing tasks. From this our company name was born.
