About Business
Professional Bayway Management traces its’ roots to 1968, when William (Bill) C. Newton began his career in the property management industry. Over the next forty five years he founded two separate management firms in two countries now managing over 20,000 units. Today Wm. Newton has retired as the CEO of PBM leaving his legacy with his Son’s Blair Newton (President) and Michael Newton (Vice President) running the company and its affiliates. It has been a successful journey for all involved and we anticipate it lasting for many decades to come. PBM is truly the definition of a family owned and run business. PBM is rooted in family values and each of our clients is treated not as an Association but as a family member.
