Paul Williams is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of Pellea Fitness. He brings over 30 years of swimming experience and more than 15 years of instructional and coaching expertise. His professional background includes work as a Swim Instructor, Body Conditioning Instructor, and Swim Coach, supported by academic studies in Public Administration, Governance, Film, Web Design, and Development. With a blend of technical, athletic, and entrepreneurial experience, Paul leads Pellea Fitness with a well-rounded skill set focused on delivering high-quality, community-centred aquatic education for adults.
