Vamos Paella was set up by Melissa in 2011. After years of living and travelling in Spain, we decided to become paella caterers in the UK. We’ve been cooking Spanish food for over 10 years at our beautiful Finca Los Chispos in Murcia where we cook our paellas over wood from the orange and lemon orchard. Our ethos is simple: the finest local produce, ethically sourced, cooked fresh. Vamos Paella! We create big pan paellas from the finest locally sourced produce. Cooked fresh in front of your guests.
