We want to have a positive impact on the market by showing end hirers/agencies that it is not all as doom and gloom as some may think and there are still plenty of outside IR35 contracts out there and show them if they take the correct determinations they could stop blanket bans and follow suit with the organisations that have done this correctly.

And as we grow as a business we want to encourage flexible working and diversity within our business and help the likes of stay at home mothers/fathers, carers etc. that have commitments and therefore find it hard to find jobs. We want to provide the best service we can to our customers posting ads and the contractors using our site.
