At Online Yoga School our mission is to make yoga teacher training affordable and accessible to anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge in yoga or become a yoga teacher while preserving the authenticity of ancient yogic wisdom. Not only do we have thousands of hours of training behind us, but we practice and teach regularly. Finding inner peace while building inner and outer strength is something that we hold true to ourselves.
