Omni Property Management is a boutique company that specialises in maintaining properties to the utmost standard. We keep our portfolio below 50 properties per manager to ensure we have the time to spend taking care of your home. As we both own the company and work in the field, we can offer a level of commitment over and above the standard property manager. Our service and fee structure is simple. We charge 6.9% plus GST on rent collected, and 5% plus GST on any repairs and maintenance arranged. A one off fee of $349.00 plus GST per tenancy agreement covers marketing photos, Trademe and social media, tenant selection, credit checking, viewings and tenant placement for new tenancies.
