Our Director, Connie, is a Chartered Accountant, property consultant, and also tax-lecturer.

She had worked at a Big Four, Mid-Tier, and small Chartered Accountant companies providing services for land transactions, cross-border taxation for migrants, IRD disputes and resolutions, and small and medium business tax.

She had also assisted and advised residential and commercial landlords with a portfolio size of $1 million to $10 million.

Her industry knowledge includes property construction/development, immigrant/expat taxes, property-related businesses (e.g. Architecture, Engineering, and Property Management firms), and much more.
