Nutrizone Foods Company (NFC) is a social enterprise operating in the rural Mbadjini-Ouest area of Ngazidja Island Comoros. It provides healthy agricultural foods (Said Ali et al. 2014) that suits the need of a customer base in demand of healthy, nutritious foods, with the traditional tastes. All products are bought from women farmers. The company provide income opportunities for rural women working in the farms by buying their agricultural products and by creating jobs.
