Norquay has been active in the construction, land development, and rental business in London and other communities in Southwestern Ontario since 1972.

Over the years, Norquay has been involved in the construction of 2,200 rental apartment, townhome suites, 600 homes, 215 condominiums and the development of more than 1,500 lots in 10 subdivision communities throughout London.Currently the company is focused on operating it’s rental portfolio and developing residential communities in London and Komoka.
