Our goal for this restaurant is to be a clear extension of who we are as individuals and to exemplify the values we set forth in our family.  Dewayne has a wealth of experience in the Restaurant industry including former ownership of Whitfield's Restaurant.  He has worked his way through the trenches including serving, bartending, and cooking; every area necessary to bring him to this time.  ""The time for a new beginning.""    We are extremely excited to bring to the West Nashville area ""Noelle"" a Contemporary American restaurant that believes in and is committed to the excellence in food quality and service.   The Chef, Matthew Smith, who brings amazing creativity and a wealth of knowledge to Noelle mirrors Dewayne's vision and it has created a partnership between these two that holds no bounds.  Matthew said:  ""I shop the freshest meats and produce available and the food we serve will be seasonally inspired.""  Noelle has an atmosphere you won't find anywhere on the West-side of Nashville.  We invite you to dinner for any occasion.
