Here at Next Steps Professional Counseling Services, LLC, we want to change the way people think of mental illness. We know that decades of stigma have made it more difficult for people to seek mental health care, and we want to do our part to make it a little easier to ask for help. By making community-based services easily accessible to people through counseling services in Fort Worth with the hope that we can help more people find the support they need to live their best lives. Traumatic experiences such as the loss of a loved one, a divorce in the family, and family members with addictions can cause the family to fall out of sync and will result in family members lashing out, withdrawing completely, or even falling into depression.
