Mind Blocks Sorted

What's a mind block? It's like a roadblock. It gets in your way, frustrates you, slows you down, makes life difficult.I work with people who have a mind block. They may want to overcome a phobia, gain confidence, get rid of a habit, control their weight, manage pain, use hypnosis for childbirth, stop smoking, improve sleep or are suffering from anxiety and stress. Each session is individually tailored to the client. For people who are unable to come and see me, perhaps because they are housebound, too far from Bristol or are anxious about going out, I offer webcam sessions. People often come to me because they've tried everything else and this is their last hope. They've usually gone through a lot of disappointment by then and I'd like to be able to meet people long before they've got to that stage.

 I use hypnosis, EMDR, NLP, EFT and CBT.  If you know what they all are then great, but if you don't it doesn't matter.  They're simply techniques to get your mind blocks sorted.
