At Mickle & Bass, a special emphasis is placed on the representation of workers injured in the performance of their jobs. Ann Mickle and Alan Bass, founding members of Mickle & Bass, each served a six-year term as South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commissioners and in that capacity presided over hundreds of workers’ compensation hearings. Additionally, Ms. Mickle and Mr. Bass have extensive private practice experience in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury.
