A hypnotherapy session with Daria Mann, M. Ed, CCHT will always include pre-talk and a wonderful relaxing hypnosis session where we are able to cross the bridge from the conscious mind and speak directly to the subconscious mind to help achieve desired outcomes. The first session includes a complete intake as well as hypnosis and clients should plan to be here 2 hours, any following sessions are usually 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
