Richmond opened the doors to Mahoney Nashatka Richmond, PLLC.  The firm began as an outgrowth of the Domestic Relations Department of Poole Mahoney, PC, a long-established leader in Hampton Roads’ legal community.  As partners at the firm formerly known as Poole Mahoney, Mr. Mahoney, Ms. Nashatka and Mr. Richmond worked together, focusing their practice on family law. To provide a higher level of service and more greatly meet the needs of their clients, the decision was made to create a boutique law firm dealing specifically with domestic relations.MNR continues the tradition of providing compassionate, intelligent representation in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, complex asset division, child and spousal support, premarital agreements and adoptions.
