Lude Enterprises Inc. is an American corporation that was founded by the owner, Mr. Chadwick Ricketts, who is also the President and currently the only shareholder and director of the corporation. Lude Enterprises Inc was incorporated on the 26th of September 2017 in the US state of Delaware and is currently located at 501 Silverside Road, Suite 105, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware.

Lude Enterprises Inc. will be developing, managing and operating its businesses from offices in Kingston, Jamaica as a corporate company called Lude Entertainment Company Limited. Lude Enterprises will be represented in the USA as a Limited Liability Company called Lude Entertainment LLC and located in New York City. In a couple years it will also be represented in Canada as Lude Entertainment Canada Limited and located in Toronto. 

In each country, our companies will operate businesses in the entertainment, food and consumer electronics industries. These businesses will include nightclubs, sports bars & grills, betting & gaming lounges, restaurants, cinemas, theaters and electronics stores. Our nightclubs will be known as Club PreLude, the sports bars & grills, betting & gaming lounges, cinemas, theaters and restaurants will all be under the name InterLude, and our electronics stores will be called E-Lude. All our businesses will be located on one premises that will be called Lude Entertainment Complex.

The management team of each of our companies will consist of a Chief Executive Officer, a Human Resource Officer, a Chief Operating Officer, a Chief Financial Officer, a Chief Information Officer, a Chief Real Estate Officer, Public Relations Officer, a Chief Legal Officer as well as Advertising, Sales & Marketing Officers. Lude Enterprises Inc. requires at least US$10 million as start-up funds to buy an office in Kingston, Jamaica; hire management teams for our Lude Entertainment companies and to continue planning and developing its businesses. Lude Enterprises intends to secure both equity and loan financing of at least US$400 million to further develop the organization, its companies and businesses in cities across the USA, Jamaica and Canada.
