Lucy Harris Counselling

Hello and welcome. I’m Lucy Harris, a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Bordon, Hampshire. Before training as a counsellor, I spent nearly 25 years working in the voluntary sector, supporting individuals and communities through charities that provide advice and emotional support. I’ve always been drawn to helping others and find deep meaning in understanding people’s life experiences and the unique human connections that come from sharing them. As a Registered Member MBACP (Accredited), I offer integrative counselling for adults, young people, and couples, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships, and self-esteem.
