The law office of Thomas A. Niemeir has been proudly serving the Tucson and greater Pima County communities for many years. Mr. Niemeir has represented many clients in the areas of family law and domestic relations, including dissolution of marriages, annulment of marriages, and legal separations. He has helped clients deal with the complex issues regarding joint or sole decision-making authority (formally known as legal custody), parenting time between the primary residential parent (formally referred to as physical custody) and the parenting time of the other parent (formally referred to as visitation). He also helps clients with the division of community, joint and common property and debts and obligations.
